Women Police in Iraq

About 1,000 women have successfully passed the qualifications required to become policewomen in Iraq. The U.S. army had started recruiting women in the police from 2003 onwards.











But it would definitely be difficult for these policewomen to chase and apprehend criminals in their current dress since it would limit their movements.
